Student Agreement

By registering as a student of coastalnavigation.com, you agree that:

1.	The content of the course is protected by copyright. This includes, but is not limited to duplication in whole or in part (other than those pages for which printing is recommended, and then you are limited to one copy), broadcast by any means, rental or loan circulation for profit or distribution in whole or in part in any form.
2.	You will not save any of the pages, text, graphics, code, or any other part of the course material to a hard drive or any other type of storage device, other than in temporary files created by your browser, and these must be deleted after they are viewed.
3.	Only you, as the registered student, will use your student ID and password to access the course material.
4.	You have access to course material on coastalnavigation.com for one year after you register. Thereafter you will not access or attempt to access this material.
5.	Violation of this agreement will mean immediate cancellation of your registration, without refund, and possible legal action.
6.	You release the authors of responsibility from any claims, damages or losses suffered or incurred while practising navigation or boating, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential damages.
7.	You allow coastalnavigation.com to send you email announcements pertaining solely to changes in the course content, materials, and your account.
